Synopsis:
The Napoleonic Wars are raging and Dr. Valentine Brown gently kisses the cheek of one
miss Phoebe Throssel (Marion) before leaving for the war. While he is away, Phoebe and her
sister open a school. Years later when the doctor returns, Phoebe has aged badly and he
ignores her. She disguises herself as "Livvy" who is a tempestuous flirt to
attract him. It turns out that her ally wanted Phoebe all along and the film ends happily.
